Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VEDM, your satisfaction is our priority. Every product is made-to-order, carefully crafted with high-quality printing and attention to detail. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

As all our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns for:

Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
Personal dislikes
Ordering mistakes made by the customer

We encourage you to carefully review the size chart and product details before placing your order.

Replacements – Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

The product delivered is damaged
There is a manufacturing defect
A wrong item was received (wrong size/design/product)

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

Email us at support@vedm.store within 48 hours of delivery
Attach clear photos of:
- The damaged/defective area
- The complete product
- The shipping label

Once verified, a free replacement will be initiated. We do not offer refunds in such cases, only reprints or replacements.

Cancellations

Since all orders go into processing immediately upon confirmation, we do not accept cancellations once the order is placed.

Please double-check your cart, shipping address, and other details before checking out.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed in these exceptional cases:

The item is out of stock
The order cannot be fulfilled due to production limitations
The issue remains unresolved even after a replacement attempt

In such cases, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
